Job summary

RRD is seeking a Plant President for its Denver-area facility to lead strategy, people development, safety, and operations. You will drive productivity, quality, and capital budgeting while supporting cross-functional teams across sales and operations.

Responsibilities include P&L oversight, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, coordinating with Corporate to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of diversified management experience within printing or manufacturing.
• Experience leading sales teams is highly desired.
• Continuous Improvement / Lean skills/experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lead a diverse team of sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant to improve sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
• P&L responsibility for assigned locations and budget management.
• Develop employees through education and training programs.
• Establish and maintain a viable succession plan for critical human resources.
• Provide guidance to department managers on operations improvements.
• Lead and manage local plant Sales team and maintain a viable local sales pipeline.
