Job summary

RRD Minnesota is seeking a Plant President to lead the site’s strategy and performance, focusing on people, processes, technology and culture. You will partner with the site leadership and executives to deliver on budgets, plans and continuous improvement goals.

You will own P&L for the plant, drive safety, quality and productivity, oversee sales and operations alignment, develop leadership, and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA rules while advancing corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to drive continuous improvement across plant operations.
• Strong communication, change management, and people development skills.
• Strategic planning, P&L management, and stewardship of safety and quality programs.
• Ability to lead a diverse team of sales and operations and influence change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant to improve sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity and reduce waste across processes.
• P&L responsibility for the location, including budgeting and capital planning.
• Develop employees through education, training and leadership development.
• Maintain succession planning for critical roles and guide department managers.
