Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Complex Leader for our Waxahachie plant to drive safety culture, TPM execution, and Lean improvements across production. You will supervise both salaried and hourly teams, partner with engineers to reduce defects and cost, and foster an inclusive environment that values teamwork and accountability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years manufacturing experience, and 2+ years of leadership in a union setting, with Six Sigma/Lean credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading people in a complex manufacturing environment or completion of a Manufacturing Leadership Program.
• Experience leading in a Union environment.
• Six Sigma certification and Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate in the future with OC.
• TPM knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.
• Executing TPM strategy and managing operations for respective assets.
• Provide direct supervision and coaching to area personnel.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineers to drive continuous improvement and standard work.
• Lead and develop talent with clear performance expectations and coaching.
• Establish an inclusive environment to drive sustainable operations.
• Ensure processes meet manufacturing specifications and quality metrics.
