Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field) or related experience.
• Industrial Mechanical and Electrical background, with a minimum of 3 years leadership responsibilities
• Experience developing and executing reliability centered maintenance processes
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems (i.e. Maximo, SAP) and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and TPM strategies to drive plant reliability.
• Direct maintenance operations safely and cost-effectively.
• Prepare and manage the area maintenance budget and plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Operations to optimize equipment performance.
• Support continuous improvement and TPM activities across the plant.
