Job summary

Owens Corning Non-Woven Technology LLC in Aiken, SC seeks a Plant Leader to oversee the entire manufacturing facility and implement strategic standards for best-in-class performance.

You will drive Lean and TPM initiatives, monitor safety and quality, develop production schedules, and collaborate with finance and sales to meet internal goals and customer expectations. This leadership role requires strong coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to zero losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with TPM, Lean, OEE, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with TPM Pillars and capital project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire manufacturing facility to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Deploy TPM and Lean tools to improve OEE, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Direct production scheduling and staff across shifts.
• Collaborate with finance, sales and marketing to drive profitability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety policy adherence.
