Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-year equipment/plant operation or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read gauges and make competent process decisions.
• Dependable with strong safety focus and teamwork.
• Willing to work irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in plant operations including production, quality control, loading and shipping.
• Plant clean-up and lubrication tasks.
• Assist with preventative and routine maintenance on mobile and plant equipment.
• Cross-train across all plant areas as needed.
• Operate plant-specific mobile equipment and record inspections.
