Job summary

Martin Marietta in Mill Creek, OK seeks a versatile Utility Person to support plant operations across housekeeping, maintenance, production and equipment operation. You will monitor conditions, perform routine maintenance, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.

You’ll also operate heavy equipment and assist with day-to-day operations as needed, contributing to efficient plant performance. Growth opportunities and hands-on teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year equipment operation, plant operation, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to read gauges/dials and make processing decisions.
• Willing to work irregular shifts, including days, nights, weekends.
• Pro-active in SAFETY and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production, quality control, loading and shipping.
• Plant clean-up and lubrication.
• Preventative and routine maintenance on mobile and plant equipment.
• Cross-train in all plant areas.
• Operate plant-specific mobile equipment.
• Perform daily pre/post-shift inspections and maintain logs.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
