Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Plant Operations Technology Supervisor to lead a team of professionals supporting manufacturing and distribution operations. You will ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of OT and infrastructure to keep plants running smoothly.

Reporting to the Plant Operations Technology Leader, you will partner with plant operations, manage priorities, and drive technology solutions that improve productivity and equipment uptime across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, operational technology, or infrastructure environments.
• Prior leadership experience, including leading teams, projects, or technical resources.
• Experience supporting endpoint technologies such as scanners, mobile devices, printers, and labeling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and supporting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team in Plant Operations Technology.
• Oversee support for plant endpoint technologies (scanners, tablets, printers, mobile devices, labeling systems, shop-floor workstations).
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Lead local deployment and implementation of OT and infrastructure solutions.
• Support testing, training, adoption, and go-live activities for plant technology projects.
• Build relationships with plant leadership and operational teams to drive productivity and reliability.
