Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Jackson, Tennessee, is seeking a Plant Operations Technology Supervisor to lead a team of technology professionals supporting our manufacturing and distribution operations. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the technologies that enable our plants to operate efficiently.

You will report to the Plant Operations Technology Leader, oversee local OT teams, and partner with plant operations to deliver proactive support and innovative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, OT, or infrastructure environments.
• Prior leadership experience leading teams, projects, or technical resources.
• Experience supporting endpoint technologies such as scanners, tablets, printers, and labeling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and supporting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Plant Operations Technology professionals.
• Oversee plant endpoint technologies and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and vendors to improve service delivery.
• Lead local deployment and implementation of OT and infrastructure solutions.
• Support testing, training, adoption, and go-live activities for plant tech projects.
• Build strong relationships with plant leadership and operational teams.
