Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Jackson, TN seeks a Plant Materials Manager to lead a 350K sq ft 3PL operation, drive safety, quality, and cost targets, and manage budgets. The role collaborates with the Milan, TN site leadership to coordinate distribution to multiple plants while upholding ISO/Safety standards and continuous improvement practices.

The ideal candidate will have a BS, 10+ years in management, TPS experience, and DMAIC certification is a plus. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree and at least 10 years of management experience.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives such as TPS.
• DMAIC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains targeted safety, quality, delivery, and cost levels.
• Builds and implements plans to improve upon targeted goals.
• Prepares site budgets and manages to meet/exceed budgets.
• Promotes safety culture and compliance with regulations.
• Partners with 3PL leadership to develop talent across the site.
• Develops and communicates site strategies aligned with corporate initiatives.
