Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Plant Accounting Manager to strengthen financial operations across our manufacturing environment. You will manage general ledger, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control, delivering actionable insights to drive cost reduction and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Category Controller, you will partner with headquarters finance teams and plant leadership to ensure SOX compliance and timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CMA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of accounting policies ensuring SOX compliance.
• Lead month-end close, including reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, scrap, and capital.
• Collaborate with operations to support cost reduction and efficiency.
• Monitor overhead, labor efficiency, and cost drivers to identify savings.
• Deliver timely financial reports to plant management and HQ.
• Coordinate cycle counts and inventory control aligned with corporate standards.
• Support strategic projects and initiatives.
