Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in an engineering discipline, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience in plant production, safety, and maintenance; equipment maintenance; problem-solving.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• ACI Certification and related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA rules and regulations; wear safety equipment.
• Oversee safety improvements and investigations of incidents.
• Manage costs and KPIs for the plant; help prepare budgets.
• Hire and retain adequate headcount.
• Supervise concrete production and batching quality.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections with Maintenance Dept.
