Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer / Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to climb conveyor belts and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly workforce, including hiring, training, and discipline as needed.
• Conduct hourly employee performance reviews.
• Maintain plant housekeeping, safety policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Control and minimize plant costs while ensuring quality.
• Manage inventories of raw materials and ensure adequate stock.
• Oversee automated batch plant operations and interface systems.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
