Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five or more years of operations experience.
• Ability to lead day-to-day operations across technical, production, maintenance staff.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations supervising staff to ensure area production and activities are completed efficiently.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train new employees and oversee contracted work as required.
• Resolve workflow problems by analyzing impediments and organizing work to maximize resources.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety policies while monitoring activity and performance.
• Identify issues and lead improvement plans for production processes, overtime levels, and training; address equipment, quality, and delivery issues.
• Set employee performance expectations, provide guidance and feedback, support career progression and improvement.
