Qualifications

• Strong commitment to personal safety, environmental accountability, and compliance with safety programs.
• Wear required PPE, follow lockout/tagout policies, and manage safe work and confined space permits.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and support safety inspections and incident reporting.
• Assist with safe operating procedures, routine maintenance, and turnaround planning.
• Fulfill physical job requirements including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights.
• Support with training compliance and safe work culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control process units and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor plant performance and identify issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate work requests, permits, and equipment isolations for safe maintenance.
• Communicate with customers and facility management regarding product conditions and status.
• Maintain production records and follow SOPs for startup/shutdown to ensure reliability.
• Contribute to developing and updating standard operating procedures.
