• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety policies while monitoring activity and performance.
• Identify issues and lead improvement plans for production processes, overtime levels, and training; address equipment, quality, and delivery issues.
• Set employee performance expectations, provide guidance and feedback, support career progression and improvement.
