• Monitor plant performance to improve efficiency and anticipate issues.
• Coordinate work requests, permits, and equipment isolations; ensure safe return to normal operations.
• Provide frontline communication to customers and facility management about product and process status.
• Maintain production records and implement SOPs for starting/stopping major equipment.
