Job summary

Linde plc is seeking an operations supervisor to lead day-to-day activities in Oklahoma (and options in Deer Park, TX). The role involves supervising technical, production, maintenance, and staff, recruiting and training, and ensuring efficient completion of production activities.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent and at least five years of operations experience, plus strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience and five or more years of operations experience.
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, online databases).
• Ability to lead day-to-day operations across technical, production, maintenance, and staff and to recruit/train personnel.
• Identify workflow problems and lead improvement plans for production processes, overtime, and training while ensuring SOP and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations supervising technical, production, maintenance, and other staff to ensure area production and activities are completed efficiently.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train new employees and oversee contracted work as required.
• Resolve workflow problems and conflicts by organizing work to maximize personnel and material resources.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety policies while monitoring performance and output.
• Set performance expectations and support career progression and improvement.
