Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and direction for a team of entry-level production employees to meet demand.
• Coordinate daily production activities and distribution requirements, including local routes.
• Lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety initiatives with the Compliance Manager.
• Monitor production performance and manpower to maintain efficiency and contingencies.
• Identify challenges and lead improvements in production processes, scheduling, and training.
• Manage inventory of production supplies and support Lean/5S and hazardous waste activities.
