Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations during the designated shift to ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Lead a production team, schedule work, train staff and communicate goals.
• Support hiring, interviewing, and orientation processes as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain records accurately and timely.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
