Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Production Supervisor II in Wisconsin to directly supervise hourly production teams and execute daily production plans. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to meet safety and efficiency goals.

Qualifications include 4–6 years of relevant experience with 2–4 years in a supervisory role, and a related associate or bachelor degree.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• 2-4 years of supervisory leadership experience required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or related field required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or related field preferred.
• Continuous Improvement training preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Set performance expectations and ensure equipment and training are available.
• Execute the daily production plan for the area of responsibility.
• Monitor variance to plan and adjust capacity as needed.
• Promote team engagement and safe, collaborative environment.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance KPIs and safety culture.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering on shop floor challenges.
• Conduct onboarding and training for team members.
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews.
