Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the corrugate industry; at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate plant operations to meet production and quality specifications.

Responsabilités

• Implements operational strategies to assure safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Accountable for site KPIs including machine and labor efficiencies and guidance to departmental leaders.
• Supports scheduling optimization to meet on-time delivery for internal and external customers.
• Supports equipment feasibility studies and evaluates capital expenditure projects with payback expectations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Executes the annual financial plan and monitors performance via forecasting and reports.
• Guides staffing, training, employee relations and performance management for production teams.
• Interacts with stakeholders to explore new business opportunities and resolve order problems.
