Job summary

Menasha Corporation, a leader in packaging and supply chain solutions, seeks a Plant Supervisor to manage all phases of plant operations. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while leading a diverse production team to meet customer commitments.

You will partner with site leaders to optimize capacity, control costs, and oversee staffing, training, and performance. This role is based in Wisconsin and requires strong manufacturing know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implements operational strategies to meet safety, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Monitors KPIs for machine and labor efficiencies and guides leaders to meet scorecard objectives.
• Collaborates with site leaders to optimize capacity and scheduling for on-time delivery.
• Assists in capital expenditure evaluations and payback analysis.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Oversees staffing, training, and employee relations for salaried and hourly staff.
• Provides technical support and resolves production/order issues.
