Job summary

• 7+ years of operations, warehouse, distribution or pick/pack experience.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/warehouse supervision.
• Strong leadership, coaching and process-improvement track record.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Receiving, Production, Shipping and Inventory Control.
• Direct labor planning, scheduling and KPI reporting.
• Lead safety compliance with MNOSHA/OSHA and safety committee.
• Coordinate with Client Services and Industrial Engineering for cost modeling and process improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
