Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Business Administration or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in a supervisor or manager role.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and IPS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and safety of employees.
• Assign workloads and monitor quality for department supervisors.
• Develop manufacturing plans to meet service, quality and productivity goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction projects.
• Implement IPS metrics and support certification goals.
• Foster employee commitment to drive improvements while ensuring safety.
• Align site activities with corporate vision and leverage technology to boost performance.
• Manage labor and capital to balance budgets and schedule maintenance.
• Collaborate across departments and with external contacts.
• Assist in annual performance planning.
