Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in a supervisor or manager position, a technical degree, and strong communication. You will drive continuous improvement, manage labor and capital, and champion IPS and lean six sigma initiatives across the site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department supervisors: assign workloads, monitor quality, and champion safety and health of employees.
• Develop and prioritize manufacturing plans to meet service, quality and productivity goals, including CI and waste reduction projects.
• Implement and sustain IPS performance metrics and support certification goals.
• Build employee commitment to drive site improvement while following safety and quality systems.
• Set a clear vision for areas assigned, aligning with site and corporate goals and leveraging technology for better performance.
• Manage labor and capital resources, schedule resources, and ensure planned maintenance of equipment.
• Serve on the site leadership team and collaborate with other departments and external contacts.
• Help develop and execute annual performance plans to meet site goals.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
