Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee department supervisors, assign workloads, monitor quality, and promote safety.
• Develop manufacturing plans to meet service, quality and productivity goals.
• Implement IPS metrics and support certification goals.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and waste reduction efforts.
• Communicate a clear vision and optimize use of technology to improve performance.
• Manage labor and capital, balance budgets, and schedule resources.
• Collaborate with other departments and external contacts.
• Support annual performance planning and related duties as assigned.
