IPEX is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee extrusion operations at our Pineville, NC facility. You will ensure production output, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience in technical or business field.
10+ years of management experience with multiple priorities.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and budgeting.
Knowledge of injection molding and plastics manufacturing.

Responsabilités

Promote a safety culture with focus on zero workplace injuries; report near misses and incidents.
Lead and empower teams with clear performance expectations, training and coaching.
Interpret strategies to plans to manufacture with high quality and efficiency.
Develop plans using forecasts to achieve labor and machine productivity goals.
Lead cost reduction initiatives and maintain process controls.
Ensure compliance with internal/external standards for lifecycle and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with partners on programs, maintenance, and innovation projects.
Oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, and capital expenditure documentation.
