CF Industries’ Woodward plant is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive safety, operability, and reliability objectives.

You will apply stage-gate FEL processes, manage budgets and schedules, and provide technical support from planning through execution, collaborating with Operations and Maintenance to meet PSM and MOC requirements.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable engineering/industry experience.
• Experience in project engineering or management position with capital projects or plant responsibilities preferred.
• PMP training/certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations; familiarity with rotating equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure overall project success.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements project management best practices using a stage-gate FEL framework and risk management techniques.
• Provides supervision of project field construction work ensuring EHS excellence in all phases of work.
• Leads safety processes and ensures compliance with CF Best Practices/Policies, PSM and MOC.
