Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Experience leading chemical manufacturing or operations teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop shift leads and operators.
• Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
• Ability to partner with maintenance, reliability, engineering, HES and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, quality, cost, and performance.
• Drive operational excellence, asset utilization, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, HES, and Supply Chain.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Operations team members.
