Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience in plant operations.
• Experience in both large and small-sized integrated process manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall operation of the Memphis plant.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares and monitors budgets including fixed, variable, and capital expenditures.

Skills

Leadership experience in specialty chemicals or petroleum plant

Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge of safety laws and regulations

Good knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office and SAP

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
