Job summary

Arkema’s Beaumont Plant is seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to lead Sulfox, DMDS, Utilities, and Shipping operations. The role focuses on safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing performance and acts as the asset owner for key production units.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, HES, Process Engineering, Reliability, and Supply Chain to meet production goals while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of process engineering experience and 2+ years of leadership preferred; or 10+ years in manufacturing/operations with leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in chemical manufacturing, process operations, or production leadership.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, optimization, and operational improvement.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sulfox, DMDS, Utilities, and Shipping to meet production, safety, and performance goals.
• Improve asset utilization, reliability, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and Supply Chain on strategies and turnarounds.
• Develop and coach Shift Leads and Operations personnel; support workforce planning and training.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance with a culture of HES excellence.
