Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Production Superintendent for our Beaumont site to lead Sulfox, DMDS, Utilities, and Shipping operations. You will own the manufacturing assets, drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, and coach a high-performing Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Experience leading chemical manufacturing or operations teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop shift leads and operators.
• Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
• Ability to partner with maintenance, reliability, engineering, HES and supply chain.
