Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead all production activities at our Kentucky facility. You will ensure safe operations, regulatory compliance, and staffing to meet targets.

Lead three supervisors and operators, manage the daily schedule, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional collaboration. BS or MS in Engineering or Operations Management is required, with 5–10 years in supervision or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for all production activities.

• Oversee daily production scheduling and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean/6 Sigma projects.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and maintenance.
