• 12+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Lean daily management, standard work, problem solving and flow knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate operating plan into capacity, labor, maintenance, materials and capital plans.
• Own plant operating budget and working-capital performance.
• Deploy the DOOR Performance System and lead problem solving from the value stream to the plant level.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met across the site.
