Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Plant Manager for the Southeast Ohio/West Virginia facility. You will be the senior operational leader responsible for safety, people, quality, production, delivery, inventory, and financial performance.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop people, drive accountability, and translate operational results into measurable improvements across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; significant leadership experience may substitute.
• Experience as Plant Manager or in equivalent senior manufacturing leadership roles.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• ISO 9001 experience is beneficial.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and production management systems preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen with budgeting and KPI understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, people, quality, production, delivery, and financial performance for the Southeast Ohio/West Virginia facility.
• Develop leaders, build teams, and drive accountability across functions.
• Translate operational performance into measurable results and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Safety, Finance, Sales, HR, Supply Chain and other sites.
