Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven results improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and organizational capability.
• Strong financial and operational acumen including budgets, labor planning and working capital.
• Lean daily management, standard work, problem solving and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set a safe, reliable operating rhythm and drive daily performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.
• Lead plant leadership team and ensure governance standards are executed in the facility.
• Translate operating plans into capacity, labor, maintenance and capital plans.
• Own the plant budget and drive improvements in productivity and asset utilization.
• Escalate issues with clear options and action plans to meet commitments.
