Joseph Michaels International seeks a site leader for our Omaha, Nebraska chemical distribution plant. The role requires a strong on-floor presence, collaborating with operations and hourly staff to drive safety and performance.

You will hold overall site responsibility, report to a regional manager, with minimal travel. We value stability and offer growth opportunities and a dedicated training pipeline.

Qualifications

• Leadership background required with prior management experience.
• Experience in chemicals, ideally chemical distribution.
• Prev. PSM experience is a huge plus.
• Understanding of DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Responsabilités
