Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Site Leader to oversee our Omaha plant with ~10 staff. You will drive safety standards, coach hourly personnel, and partner with operations to sustain high performance across production and distribution activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, strong knowledge of chemical operations, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements with minimal travel to support our regional network.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have prior management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in chemicals distribution or related chemical operations preferred.
• PSM knowledge or experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with DOT/TCEQ regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the site and drive safety and performance on the floor.
• Collaborate with operations and hourly personnel to meet targets.
• Report to the regional manager and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel will be minimal.
