Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership background with prior management experience.
• Experience in chemicals or chemical distribution preferred.
• PSM (process safety management) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations on the plant floor and collaborate with hourly personnel to maintain safety and high performance.
• Oversee site-wide safety and regulatory compliance with regional manager oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across processes and equipment.
• Coordinate with operations to meet production targets while controlling costs.
