Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing small teams on the shop floor.
• Strong safety mindset and track record of improving safety metrics.
• Experience working with operations and hourly personnel on the floor.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations with direct interaction with hourly staff to ensure safety and high performance.
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities and coordinate with operations and maintenance.
• Report to regional manager; travel is minimal.
