Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performance team. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with demand planning and supply chain to optimize production plans and costs.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and proficiency with manufacturing software. A Bachelor's in engineering/ops is preferred; locations are US-based and on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Experience as Plant Manager or similar leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
• Proven track record of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Data-driven problem solving and project management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations to meet production targets.
• Develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure safety compliance and training across the plant.
• Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain to create production plans.
• Manage budgets and optimize inventory levels.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Plan preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement culture.
