Responsibilities

• Ensures facility delivers high-quality products within budgeted costs.
• Leads Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Manages safety, quality, scheduling, production, shipping, and maintenance.
• Drives plant performance, reviews KPIs daily, weekly and monthly.
• Leads strategic planning, cost reductions and capital planning.
• Interfaces with customers and suppliers; builds community relations.
