Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in South Plainfield, New Jersey. The role encompasses managing production schedules while ensuring quality and efficiency within budgeted costs.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic planning, drive Lean initiatives, and oversee team management. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related fields is required, accompanied by 7-10 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $112K – $140K annually along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering.
• Proven experience in high-speed manufacturing environments, especially in plastic injection molding.
• Experience developing processes and managing to ISO quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality products and efficient production within budget.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement.
• Manage profit and loss and drive plant performance reviews.
