Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Quality Leader to drive process improvements in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will spearhead PFMEA, control plans, process mapping and capability analyses to reduce defects and costs while improving safety and compliance.

You will mentor the quality team, collaborate with Operations, and lead monthly reviews. A Six Sigma Green Belt and OSHA/EHS experience are valued to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, Health & Safety or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive quality engineering techniques: PFMEA, control plans, process mapping.
• Experience leading EHS-related items/projects.
• Lean manufacturing understanding; Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• OSHA-10/OSHA-30 certification a plus; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvement using SPC and measurement analysis.
• Lead PFMEA, flow mapping, control plans and capability analysis.
• Monitor CoQ metrics and drive improvements across scrap, rework, returns and prevention.
• Lead Lean initiatives and Kaizen events to improve profitability and flow.
• Mentor quality team; ensure OSHA, EPA and state regulatory compliance.
• Communicate root causes and permanent corrective actions; coordinate with Operations.
