Regal Rexnord is seeking a hands-on manufacturing supervisor to lead assembly, machining, and packaging teams in a fast-paced environment. You will coach, develop, and mentor employees daily, drive lean initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, a strong machining background, and the ability to coordinate with production and maintenance teams. Weekend and extended hours may be required to meet demand.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in a relevant discipline required or strongly desired.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing production environment, preferably metal cutting/assembly.
• Solid machining or mechanical assembly background; CNC programming experience is highly valued.
• Prior supervisory experience of hourly production employees is desired.

Aufgaben

• Plan, assign, and direct work; enforce policies and procedures.
• Manage attendance and payroll timekeeping processes.
• Interview, onboard, and train employees; conduct performance appraisals.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach and mentor staff; participate in Kaizen events and Tier meetings.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/NCDENR safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
