The role leads Supply Chain operations to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of products while driving cost control, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of plant management experience in a consumer packaged goods environment, with a proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and sustain high

Qualificações

• 7+ years plant management experience in a CPG manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for Supply Chain Lead activities at an individual plant site.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and complying with regulatory requirements.
• Ensures the plant delivers on-time and in-full, meeting service standards and KPI targets.
• Controls costs of material, direct/indirect labor, and equipment within budget.
• Supervises engineering on-site design and maintenance of manufacturing assets and processes.
• Develops and executes programs to increase productivity and quality through continuous improvement.
