• Experience leading plant operations and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead achievement of KPIs related to safety, quality, and cost while improving reliability.
• Develop and execute programs to increase productivity through continuous improvement.
• Oversee production scheduling and ensure on-time delivery and efficient asset use.
• Direct production, engineering, distribution and other plant activities to meet budgets.
• Coach and develop plant staff, build a collaborative, customer-focused team.
