Qualifications

• 7+ years of plant management experience in a CPG manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Operations, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience leading supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing, engineering and maintenance, quality and regulatory functions at the plant.
• Lead the plant to meet on-time, in-full service standards and KPI targets.
• Control material and labor costs, reduce waste and optimize changeovers.
• Develop programs to improve productivity and quality through continuous improvement.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and safety regulations are observed.
