Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and employee development.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and preventive maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage superintendents and projects: small-scale maintenance planning.
• Oversee CapEx program and MRO planning and forecasting.
• Lead employee development and succession planning.
• Review reports in SAP and conduct root cause analysis of variances.
• Review spare parts stock levels and participate in vendor meetings.
• Oversee safety, compliance and adherence to company policies.
